Stephanie, Veterinary Assistant Employed with AMC since 2021
Hometown: Marietta, GA until 12 yrs old. Pets: Benny: DSH gray, tan/black cat, Mew Mew: Orange DSH cat Animal History: I’ve owned animals all my life and have experienced working with them since 2015. I’ve dabbled in a bit of grooming, doggy day care, boarding and assisting. Most interesting patient I’ve ever seen: A puppy named Tali ate a wire through a drywall. With our doctor’s recommendations and expertise, she was able to pass it without anesthetic surgery. It amazed me how resilient she was to recover. It is always rewarding when we can make a pet feel better and feel stress free during their appointments. Favorite Activities: Spending time with my daughter Olivia, watching Hallmark and mystery movies, drinking wine, and eating from a charcuterie board. One thing I wish people knew about me: Growing up, I had a rough life as a child, but no matter what, I keep an optimistic outlook; I can learn and overcome any hardship so that I can build the best life for me and my daughter. I thrive to give her the life that I didn’t. In 10 years or less, I dream of owning my own forever home and adopting a dog.
